工作原理
洗袋機(jī)主要由箱體、滾筒、噴淋管道、電加熱裝置，調(diào)速機(jī)、出水裝置等主要部分組成，整機(jī)采用sus304不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作，*符合國家對食品衛(wèi)生的需求，滾筒采用高科技進(jìn)行沖孔，沖孔的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均勻，內(nèi)側(cè)安裝優(yōu)質(zhì)毛刷，毛刷采用安徽名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品，對于清洗包裝袋起到一個不可忽視的作用，為了防止包裝袋與包裝袋摩擦，防止在清洗的過程中弄破包裝袋，我們采用了的設(shè)計(jì)，不會對包裝袋造成二次損壞，為食品廠杜絕了不必要的浪費(fèi)，收到食品企業(yè)用戶的*好評，另外該機(jī)不用蒸汽加熱而是采用電加熱，為企業(yè)節(jié)省了購買鍋爐的資金，節(jié)省了聘請工人工資。水溫一般在30-50攝氏度為宜，個水槽可添加洗滌液和火堿，根據(jù)自己的情況選擇怎么洗滌，第二個水槽是對清洗過后的包裝袋，包裝袋表面含有洗滌液進(jìn)行清洗，為了再裝箱過程中方便，快捷，可鏈接翻轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)干機(jī)。洗袋機(jī)還采用調(diào)速機(jī)可選用變頻調(diào)速或者變頻調(diào)速，水槽內(nèi)的水是可以循環(huán)利用的，為企業(yè)節(jié)約了水資源的浪費(fèi)，調(diào)速器和齒輪互相對接，使?jié)L筒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，工作完成后，每個水槽外側(cè)均裝有防塵出水口，電器采用正泰電器，為了防止受潮，都采用了防水防潮安排，不會造成在工作過程中，出現(xiàn)這些情況。保證洗袋機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
